Olive Arc Technology is the trading name of Mohammed Almadhoun, a sole proprietor based in Gazimağusa, North Cyprus. We publish mobile games through Kabooshe Games and software products through Kabooshe Apps. Contact: info@kabooshegames.com.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the product you purchased.

Intellectual property

The names Olive Arc Technology, Kabooshe Games, Kabooshe Apps, MyBase Live, Base Momentum and Testers Base, together with the logos, artwork and software behind them, belong to us. You may not use them without written permission.

Liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business in Gazimağusa, North Cyprus, without removing any mandatory consumer right you have where you live.
